My name is Lily Fenner (Co founder of Fenner Fitness) I have been within the fitness industry for 8 years…  turning my passion into a career has been the best experience of my life. From day to day I see my clients grow from strength to strength, achieving their goals and ambitions.  Whether it’s Being able to keep up with their little ones without becoming breathless, lifting their shopping bags without struggling or just being over all strong, fit and healthy. I love being a life and fitness coach because it allows me to see body transformations and lives changing for the better everyday!

Dedicating my life and encouraging people to become, happy, calm and maintain a healthy lifestyle to achieve their goals.

I myself have been through an illness mentally and physically! Struggling to walk up a flight of stairs… bed bound in agonising pain too anxious to be in social situations.

Fitness and nutrition helped me get back to where I am today. My goal is to pass on the knowledge and importance of health and fitness.

I’ve been the girl who’s gone into the gym and not had a clue what to do, wondering from machine to machine, watching other people trying to copy what they are doing! Until I started researching and learning how to correctly perform gym based exercises to maximise results and performance; this is where my PT journey began. Clients who train with myself learn how to engage their muscles in every exercise, building confidence within a gym environment maximising results plus connections within the body.
