My Dreams of becoming a professional football player were crushed when I was told ‘your not big, strong or quick enough.’

How did I react to this? I joined a local gym, joined a running club and educated myself on exercise and nutrition. As a result of this, I have now found my true passion, helping others change their lives just like I did.

With over 5 years as a personal trainer, I have helped over 50 different clients achieve their individual goals. Using the most current and effective training regimes, tailored nutrition plans so hard work results are never far away.
