Ryan Parry-Finneran - Personal Trainer

Ryan has been a qualified Personal Trainer for over 5 years. He has worked at two of the largest leisure organisations in the UK where he has further developed his knowledge and skills. Recently he graduated from St Mary’s University College with a BSc in Sports Science. During his final year of studying he worked as a strength and condition coach at AFC Wimbledon; working closely with their academy (U9’s – U21’s). He is continuously furthering his knowledge and is currently completing his strength and conditioning accreditation (UKSCA).

Ryan has been involved in sport from a young age, dedicating himself to rugby. Before his career ending injury at the age of 20 he had represented Surrey at all age groups and Esher RFC. Now he is dedicated to helping others achieve their goals whether it is sports specific, weight loss, hypertrophy or rehab. Ryan helps his clients achieve their goals by educating them and using various techniques to make exercise interesting and effective.

Along with general health and fitness Ryan is passionate about Olympic Weightlifting. He consistently strives to beat his personal best and is always motivating himself and others to improve performance and technique.
