A few years ago, I decided to work doing what I loved. My journey transitioning to a PT from a PA has been hard, I’m not going to lie, but you have to go for what you love and not what others, or you, think you should be doing… you see, you just got to do it, never not try or you’ll look back with regret.
There is nothing more fulfilling to me than to help someone achieve their goals – in fact, I find it an honour. Everyone is unique, different and when working with clients they start to realize this and why nothing has worked in the past, as they were given, or used, a generic diet template and training plan
I have spent the last year and continue to add value to the service I provide clients by attending various training camps and workshops on fat loss and hypertrophy. I traveled to the USA (which rocked!!) where I spent time learning from the best, including Pro Bodybuilder Ben Pakulski and Milos Sarcev, along with various other individuals such as Phil Learney and Mark Coles who are at the top of their game and considered leaders in the industry.
