Membership Cancellation Policy

As a rolling monthly contract, memberships can be cancelled after your first full month of membership. Cancellation requires 30 days notice as stated in terms and conditions.

Cancellations need to be made by visiting the gym reception and completing, signing and dating a Cancellation form.  TRG – The Real Gym will then ensure your membership and associated Direct Debit is cancelled in accordance with the required 30 day notice period.

Please note if your payment date falls during the 30 day notice period, you will still be charged. You can still use the gym up until the end of that period. Please do not cancel your Direct Debit before the notice period has expired, as this will be viewed as a missed payment and charges may incurred.
